Whether for a Masters' dissertation or course placement, Fronius has a few aces up its sleeve when it comes to students and interns. What we mean is: we will help you get the most from your academic studies. Pioneers in all things energy conversion make it possible to combine theory and practice in relation to sustainability topics. Topics like how to get more from a photovoltaic system or how to make a battery charging system more efficient, right up to creating the perfect arc, enabling material joints that hitherto would have been impossible. Our diverse range of wonderful products mean that students are sure to find an incredible topic.

An internship with us is also something special, whether a work experience placement from technical college as part of a course or in the holidays. Our interns get to work with us in our research laboratory, for example on trial programmes. There is also loads to do in production, whether assembling PC boards or visually inspecting completed boards.

In both cases: we offer first-class mentoring. A contact partner from HR be present during the intern's first few days, and will answer their questions and continue to support them throughout their entire time with us. We want to make sure that young talent feels at home in our company, because they are the future. Our interns of today may well be our employees of tomorrow. At the moment, we have around 200 young “geniuses” working for us. The energy at Fronius means that many of these are likely to stay with us.
